77th Anniversary Art Show

To Benefit the North Haven Library

Works will be exhibited in the Library, the American Legion Hall, and the North Haven Gallery

Schedule Overview

Tuesday 8/9: Log-in from 10 am – 4 pm. Artists and crafts people should deliver original work on this day. Artists should register at the Library; crafters at the Legion Hall.

Where possible, artists and crafters should prepare log-in forms ahead of time in order to make the registration process go as quickly as possible. These forms can be downloaded from our website here. Please bring your form to the log-in location.

Thursday 8/11: Preview and Reception (no sales) 5 – 7 pm. Silent Auction starts.

Friday 8/12: Early Bird Sale Starts at 9 am. Galleries open for general sales 10 am – 4 pm.

Saturday 8/13: Exhibit and sales from 10 am – 4 pm.

Sunday 8/14: Artists and crafters pick up unsold work from 10 a.m. until 4 pm.


Artists, please limit your entries to a maximum of 10 pieces. Please mount your work professionally and carefully so that we may display it well. All entries are accepted at owner’s risk and must be labeled with name and price. The committee reserves the right of selection. All artists and crafters are required to sign and return the Hold Harmless Agreement before or at the time of delivery of the art/crafts.

  • Arts: 25%, to benefit the library.
  • Crafts: 20%. (25% for single works of $200 or over). All crafts persons will be charged this commission. Crafts commissions also help support the library.
  • Children’s Room: Young artists (age 12 and under) are encouraged to display up to five works for sale with a maximum price of $20 for each piece. No commission will be taken on work in the children’s room. Children will be paid on Sunday, August 10 from 10 am -1 pm.
